Ludington fishing was spectacular for a couple weeks but a little wind change and things are much bleaker. All Around the lake is the same story if ports even got any fish at all. What we do have around the Lake, is BAIT.<br/>

Took home 15 today. We were in 35 ft. north of the condos in Michigan City. Some we kept were small. There is no charge to launch at the harbor by the lake now.

Scattered after NE winds. Caught 6 in 20-25' east of harbor, other boats about same.
Don't have working surface temp gauge, but a couple other boats were talking 48-50 degrees near shore - and the few perch wecaught felt like an ice-cold beer out of a refrigerator.
