Anyone been trying?
<t>I think there’s probably more around than we think. I have seen them caught by guys fishing for coho and perch at EC and out by the hole in the wall. I’ve also personally caught them at Gary light fishing for browns at night up in the discharge. I also have seen them caught jigging for lakers off ...

Jerkbait bite
<t>I decided to change things up a bit the past two days and did some smallie fishing from shore. It's paid off quite nicely. I've always heard the press pawn smallies gobble up suspending jerkbaits, but I've never put the time in to dial it in. I found fish on the wind blown shore line yesterday ...

Maxi
Water temp low 60s at mid day. Caught 6 but were all small. Tried jigs, cranks and chatterbaits could only get bit on a jerk bait and it seemed as though they were only slapping at it.

<br/>
Boiled single chinook eggs, with some anise or herring oil scent. Or small chunks of skein (many say uncured is best, but it is hard to keep on a hook). Cured works fine ...

Lake Whitefish?
Basically you add single eggs to boiling water, for about 2-3 minutes. Put in strainer and run cold water on them. Then you can add cures, scents, whatever. The boiling makes it so they stay on a hook. Kinda like a peanut butter consistency inside the egg harder exterior once it's boiled

any fishin report?
Ditch water clarity is poor from the recent rains, and fishing the same. A few small browns have been taken at the mouth.
