Got out this morning with Mike and Rick onboard the One More Time. We set lines about 5 and had our limit by 8:30. Started in the 44s and just about everything took fish. Sliders might have worked the best.

looks like another fine bunch of fish caught. Did you ever get the number 3 broke in yet Bob?

Bob did not mention in his post that we had a "Plane To Sea Special" 2 fish on the same line. Sliders were hot today. The 44's are the 2nd numbers in your North latitude co-ordinates.

it's a reference to geographic coordinates (Degrees Minutes Seconds system)

So the "44s" means he dropped lines in the 44 minute grid latitude out of Burns Harbor, which I think is somewhere near the state line

You are correct Ben. It is near the state line. We got her out for the shakedown trip last week Don.
