9-10 out of Portage

So we left the marina at 5:15AM in hopes of getting a couple of kings. Well none to be found. This was our 3rd trip in the past 2 weeks. The 1st was our best as we landed 3 fish but had 4 others on. We also landed 4 or 5 of BN's favorites a couple were jumbos. We had lots of great looking fish marks that day. The next trip was much slower. Still managed 3 fish but only had 3 hits. Great percentage. Then yesterday came. Rarely a mark on the graph and only 1 hard release then gone around 6AM. So we trolled around until 10:30. And called it a day/season. We'll be pulling out in the next week or so. I'll be getting ready for deer season & other lake fishing. Good luck to all.
