3/14 - 4 man limit!
We headed out to Gary Light about 7am. We caught 8 Coho over 3 hours. The bite wasn’t as good as it has been. We decided to troll back to Portage using 6 planers and 2 riggers and ended up catching 12 more ‘bigger’ fish for our limit. We even doubled up a couple times. Thin fins, flicker shad, spoons (100 copper), and dodger fly (rigger) all caught fish including a nice steelhead. They are out there! Another great day on the big lake!

Great to hear you got out and caught some nice fish! From work it looked like it would have been awesome to be on the water today. Good luck this season

Way to go! Thank you for the report. I'm hoping to get out this week if I can get a small mechanical kink worked out. Did you happen to take notice of the water temperature?

We trolled from 27 to 34 FOW in the top half. The water was 34.7 to 35.1 degrees with a strong south wind.
