Sturgeon Bay 9/4 and 9/5

On Sunday, 4 y/o's were in the shipping canal, thankfully, as its been too rough for me on the big lake.  Saw lots caught by folks jigging spoons or jigs with 5' tails.  No one trolling spoons got bit, me included.  Odd.  Marked fish everywhere.

Sunday night, two lake freighters went through the channel and on Monday, the fish were gone.  Not sure if the big boats were the reason, or they just headed up Strawberry Creek.  Any thoughts?

BTW, to Dirty and the rest of you, thanks for such a robust site.  I moved from NWI in late 2020, but still check in almost daily.  I live vicariously through all of you.  I've never mat a group more open to helping others as this one.  Y'all are a credit to the sport.  It starts with you, Jeff!
