Went out today had a late start. Lines set by 9 fished till 1230 no bites. Temp was 65.5 when I started and 67 when I left. Fished the mud to the port wall and 38 to 40. Marked a couple near the wall and no bites

No problem. I forgot to mention that the ditch was 72 and I have seen reports saying the ditch was cooler than the lake

I took my wife and one of her friends out, mostly for a cruise with the hopes of putting a few on the deck. We cruised out to 90 FOW and worked it to 120. Thermocline was 85 foot down. Marked alot of bait in 95 to 105 FOW. Ended up picking up 4 lakers. Fished 10:30 to 2:30 or so. Lake was nice and flat.

Thanks for the report Mike this is a tough time of year for fishing with the amount of kings Indiana is putting in the lake.

I'm gonna try tom morning. Not super early. Two days of south wind should help. Might get lucky
