Took home 15 today. We were in 35 ft. north of the condos in Michigan City. Some we kept were small. There is no charge to launch at the harbor by the lake now.

I've only launched out of MC a few times. Is this free launch the one in Washington Park, or down river?

Jums, according to the lady I spoke with yesterday from the MC Port Authority, she indicated that they were done collecting launch fees at Washington Park this year. Trail Creek Marina is still charging 10 bucks. For what its worth, I'd rather pay the 10 bucks to use the launch at Trail Creek than fight the sand and shallow conditions at Washington Park.
