Great catching, but mostly small sized.
Kept 30, tossed back an equal number, fished 6:30-9 a.m. 30' best. 100 yards east of Lighthouse to condo. Put 18 in livewell on first drift (20 min.) from 40' into 26'. Ended up with a dozen 9-11", with the rest kept being 7-8".

Thank you for the MC report. Perch at Portage down by the pavilion anywhere from 20-30ft drifting were really good today too and yesterday as well...drifting was definitely the key, but took our 2 man limit and probably threw back twice as many, so thanks to my buddy for putting us on 'em! Still continuing to see these perch performing acts of cannibalism on their younger brethren which is a sad state of affairs I guess as far as a food source goes. Was good to see Plane to Sea out there and a few of the other South End regulars pulling limits too sounded like. With the weather setting up, perching should be good all week so get out there and after them because there sure are some good concentrations out there when you find 'em.

Perch bite was hot. Fished East of donut. 20-30 fow. Caught many doubles. One double was a 15 and a 12 inch. Had to use salmon net to bring them. Was drifting at first, but caught most perch on anchor mode. Got our two man limit between 8:00 - 9:30 am. Also caught a 5 lb King on perch rig.
