Headed out towards Gary with my brother nephew... rods in the the water for maybe 5 minutes and land into a 17 lbs king on a dipsy with green and silver spin doctor with green glow fly.... let my 11 year old nephew real him in and he handled it like a stud........ next couple hours were slow picking on the cohos so we decided to switch to hot n’ tots... threw a gold and orange one 150’ behind the board as soon as the board got set the drag started screaming and board disappeared and we ended up netting a 21lbs King.... it was a great day...
