Headed to Manistee later this week looking for advice

It's been a while since I have posted, been lurking but not as much fishing as I would like this year. However I am headed up to Manistee for the first time ever Thursday night, plan on fishing Friday and Saturday. It sounds like the fish are there now so hoping for good results. We will only be running a 6-rod setup (2 people going) initial plan is to run 2 downriggers, 2 dispeys and 2 flatlines (leadcore and/or copper).
Does anyone have a contact up there that can give any starting point info or least a depth etc. I have some ideas of where I will go Friday morning but just checking to see if any of you have a contact or have fished the port before and can offer any additional intel.
Thanks in advance!
PS - I have made it over to Erie a coup[le times this year, if anyone needs any input for a first-time trip over shoot me a PM I'll be happy to give out my limited advice on fishing for walleye.
Thanks
