If the “perch conversation” gets quiet because of fear of someone’s spot getting ‘overcrowded’ that’s understandable. But what about sharing techniques and instruction for how to go about locating perch during a particular year or seasonal change? Maybe other anglers are willing to work just as hard or even harder once they have a clue on how to go about it.

What’s more noble, to give a man your fish, or to teach him how to fish for himself?
