Went out yesterday morning to the Black Ditch area and got two keepers between us and a handful of dinks. All fish we caught were on a very slow troll just barely moving our lines. Only a few bites and no catches while still fishing. Beautiful morning with Lund though!

Was at the black ditch today after the storm.  They seem to be schooling up a bit.  Anchored, caught 6 nice ones.  Unfortunately,  when I got to launch my minnow bucket had tipped over from the ride and the minnows were dead a over the floor of the boat.  Fished anyway w dead minnows
 

i got 3 "keepers" (8"0) !! in the mouth of ditch ...had one double...tossed the smaller one back but kept the 8"....after teasing footdoc about his four dinks he sent me a picture of those four small perch getting fried....looked real tempting...you'd think being a good friend ron would have invited me over for the feast!....so i have 6 very tiny fillets in the fridge and i aint inviting footdoc over to share the prize catch......made a new friend "smiley" from warsaw area and he had a skunk but went over to donut and struck out.....footdoc went to st joes and got another 4 fish.....

     Fished Monday, yesterday evening.  Only 5 keepers, a few dinks and 1 hammer head lol.Black ditch area 24 to 42 ft. Very scattered, only found 1 small pod, great cool afternoon  on the water

Fished today wed. Probably a mile west of black ditch area, quite a few boats. Slow start, not much seen, finally found some nice pods like we should be seeing  but only takers were small. We ended up with 4 keepers 8 to 11 inchs I'm guessing.  Good day and seen lots of friends.
