Yesterday morning. Left Portage at 815 set lines at Gary light around 845. Started along the wall and nothing. Got closer to the entrance before the first fish. Circled around the rest of the day picking away at them. Ended up with 10 fish by noon. All nice coho all on the normal body baits on the surface. We only used 4 rods and had a great time. The wind was fierce at times blowing the yellowbirds out of the water on a few gusts.

I would say that's a job well done. Not bad action for only running 4 rods.
It's better to ask forgiveness than for permission.
