I toss the males back and I I just keep the females for the eggs. They’re killer laker bait. Lol I like them pan fried/sautéed or broiled a lot. I smoked a couple this spring, didnt think it was that much better than coho if at all. I haven’t boiled any yet, but might have to try that. I’m still trying to nail down the catching them part so I can try cooking them different ways.
