Appears to be a natural also. That is a freak sized fish. Wonder if they got that big in the days of the giant alewife pops.

Wow been along time since we saw kings like that. Don,, we used to see fish close to that in the old days. Indiana record is around 38lbs.
largest we ever took was 32 1/2lbs. and my wife got that one. We took that fish at the mouth of the port. Indiana stocked kings inside the Port of Indiana for a few years, and yes in those years we could fish inside the port for them. Was like fishing a 3 sided fish bowl as they had no were to go once they came in.

They did! There was a $50,000.00 reward for the first 50 pound king caught buy it never happened.
