I would like to get back into the perch action. Been about 10 years probably since I've targeted those little guys.

Spent to morning looking around out of Hammond. Nothing but gobies for our effort. Didn't see any alewife schools either. We did see one small perch floating around one the discharges in the ship canal when were bass fishing later in the day.

I have been catching some for the last few days in Hammond Marina. A lot of dinks but some decent 10-12's and a couple of true jumbos.
Nothing fast and furious, but they are there.

After finishing up the salmon limit in New Buffalo this morning we drove around looking for perch and bait. Marked a TON of perch in the 65-75 foot range off NB

There were a few small schools by the pumping station in 20-30 feet too, but nothing like out deep.

Also marked some scattered bait schools
