TOPIC:

We went out this morning - launched a little after 4 AM. Went out past wreck and started setting lines in about 68 FOW and headed north. It was a slow bite but we ended up 5 of 8 and one drive by. 3 Coho and 2 Steelies. Biggest fish was the Steelie weighing in over 7 lbs (according to girls taking the fish stats at the weighing station). Fish were hitting on anything from 300 Ft copper, dipsy's set between 50 and 60 ft out on #1 all running spoons and down riggers with meat rig and a big weenie fly set between 35 feet and like 60 ft. it seemed we did best on an East troll all around the 2.7 to 3.1 MPH. The king still eludes me but with the way the steelies and Ho's were hitting today we thought we had a couple of kings.

Bad picture of me but had the girls doing the survey at the fishing cleaning station snap some quick ones for us before they cut the bellies.

Yea the way some of them fish hit and fought we thought maybe they were a small king until we got them closer to the boat.

wow i guess the camera does add 10 pounds. I got to go on a diet
