Bit of a commercial, but before investing in an expensive outfit, then spending a few weekends working the learning curve, if a guy and one or two of his fishing buddies would like to take a "going-to-school" charter, I'd be glad to take them and it's money well spent. I don't hide anything, I coach and we'll delve into divers, dodgers, leadcore or whatever tactics they want - and probably catch a few fish, as well. Then they can transfer that to their own boat and be in the game. It could be the best fishing dollars they ever spent.

If your looking to pick up straight and good information, with proven methods of catching fish, not only in spring but staying with them through out the summer time, spend the money and go out with Captain Mike. You will be money ahead when you walk off the boat. Not only can you learn hands on, but the conversation based around these fish and getting to hear why methods change through out the season. Once these fish move off shore it is a different ball game.
