2 for 2 so far. Very slow over here. Water is stained but very fishable.

That's what we wound up with. Very slow, first fish came before we could get the second rod set...usually that's a jinx. Second about a half hour later, then 4+ hours without a bump, but it was great to be out...shakedown trip was flawless. Both came off brads on flatlines, water temp 40-41.
Going to try again in the morning, hopefully some got into them better here along the south coast, we may move if we hear of any better reports

My crew wanted to try New Buffalo thinking if the Silver fish were inactive we could hit the reef where it's typically easy pickings for Lakers this time of year. Well all I can say is the first skunk came aboard already. No marks or bites and that includes the reef. Very murky everywhere from 20-65 FOW. Boat ran great and it was nice to be on the lake! Good luck to those fishing tomorrow.

Are the docks in at the launch in New Buffalo yet?

0-1 today guys. Not good out there at the moment. Another blow coming tomorrow, and looks like another for next weekend. Glad I at least got out, it was pleasant out both mornings.
