This is really a great thread, and again Don thanks for talking about your experience. It is difficult to find customer service like this - its rare. For small boxes I only use plano but I have broken latches (misuse) and had no idea their service would be to that level. Great tidbit of information. Maybe we could get them to sponsor the cabin fever next year. I have never seen their name on anything "local" that I recall. I imagine if they are that good to customers, they will probably be just as good to our efforts here.
