So far I have rigged a couple rods with leadcore, two three color rigs, and a two color for a SWR. Have a few Okuma convectors on order, and two 10' dipsy rods coming this week. The big box and my local store have been wiped out for weeks, so I just gave up and ordered them from Amazon.
We went out last night, running all four downriggers still, and went 6/9 in 100 fow in three hours, with seven hits coming off of dodger and fly off the downriggers, and two off of a slider. We had fish off of all four downriggers, so I think the goal will just be to make my setup more flexible. Lengthening the leads off the ball was a big help, as did running longer leads on the fly as well.
