Every winter I try to improve my boat. Last year it was auto pilot and trailer bunks. This year I'm putting in vinyl flooring and getting rid of the carpet. I have decided carpet on the floors of a fishing boat is a bad idea so I'm eliminating it and installing Marideck Vinyl. I'm hoping to have the install done in a couple of weeks so I can fish if the Perch fishing and weather cooperate. Photos to follow as I get to it. What are your winter projects?

Here is a before pic. Doesn't look too bad but it's worn out and I don't like it! I'll post photos throughout the process.

Last year was building some big boards and a mast. This year is deciding if I'm going to sell next spring or not.

Every winter I have had a boat project or two.....and so far this year I cant think of anything to do to it. I am thinking about tossing in some sort of air ride seats - just not sure I want to spend the $$. Anyone have any experience with anything?

I haven't done much to my luxury yacht in years and if needed just general maintenance to keep her afloat. Pretty set up just the way I want it and I like the idea of being paid many years ago. But now since my F-250 was recently paid off I'm in the market to buy another boat and currently in the process of maybe purchasing either one of these two. Not sure it's alot coin to toss out but it would be more comfortable for the wife and kids.....
