If this were me, I wouldn't go or id at least wait until mid to late morning and see what the wind and waves are doing.

There will be some hefty rollers but new wind built waves shouldn't be much. I would wait a day or two if you could, usually the day after a big blow isn't very great fishing but if it's the only time you can go then go and send a report back. Im anxious to hear what the water temps are like after this.
