100% on the FH. With bite time limited, having the right information about temperature and speed the moment your presentation hits the water saves all that trial and error time. We are looking for that 48 - 53 degree water in the summer and as we troll several miles that band of water can shift, currents change to effect your speed at the lure, and you can make changes right away.  I've had X4D for years and went with smaller, lithium probe which I can charge on the boat if needed. Smaller profile has less blowback which I have found helpful as well.

Wow! I want to thank all of you who responded to my question about the Fish Hawk. Overwhelming you guys convinced me to make the purchase. After speaking with the customer service team, I decided to purchase the multi system which is the system you can move from boat to boat. The selling point was that in a couple weeks they will be selling a transom mount clip,  that you can snap the transducer into and not on a cable, rechargeable lithium probe, and no need to run power to data screen.

Thanks again to all of you for sharing your knowledge and expertise.
