I'm not on the boat for every trip. I think the camera keeps him in check.

Does anyone know if Frank from Calumet Marine is fishing the Coho tournament? He would be the one to watch out for. Did you see all the wooden plaques Frank has hanging up in his store? I also noticed he has a wood shop in the back! LOL

ok back on topic of the tournament thread. We have lost our way

This tournament will be a lot of fun. I bet there will be only a pound difference between places. Anyone who can put a crew together has a chance to win it. I hope to meet some new people and see new faces out there.

Exactly Bill. Coho are so hot & should continue past the tournament date. What's makes it great is that Coho are so easy to catch & that should make for an interesting weigh in. Keeping my fingers crossed for good weather & a great turnout. Looking forward to meeting some new fisherman.

So many great prizes to give away at this tournament and the others! Some will be for placing and some will be random drawings at the weigh in. I am truly impressed by the companies who are supporting us - they have been great to work with.

I talked to Scott at Marina Shores this morning. There will be PLENTY of dock space open as most of the boats will not be in their slips yet. You can park your boat in the morning and afternoon pretty much wherever you want.

Also, if anyone wants to put in their boat the night before the tournament you can do so at no charge. To set this up call Scott Praxl at Marina shores at (219) 762-5700. Scott is the Harbor Master.
