Going to post these on Ebay at the end of the week figure I would give you guys a few days at first crack. Now that I have a kicker on the boat I need ones with longer booms since I like mine behind the boat not on the side. I have a pair in really good condition riggers do not have wire but I have 2 brand new spools of cannon wire 150 lbs test. spools are either 150' or 200' that are included with sale, I can spool them for you if you would like. If you are interested let me know and we can figure out a price and I can send you pictures of them tonight after work.

I DO NOT HAVE BASE PLATES

Thanks,
Jums

yes with the kicker going on mine I am going to have to run one off the side. We will see how it goes but I dont see a way to run the rigger on the side of the kicker off the back. I should be able to run a long line over the kicker though. Another thing to figure out this year.

We run everything off the sides. Mostly a matter of preference but I like having the back wide open for landing fish.

OH NO, I was using your boat set up as reference to how I was going to run mine! I figured with the riser and a longer booms ( your boom looks longer than mine) on a board set up the ball would clear the props!?!?

I like mine off the sides as well but with only being a 17.5 boat and having riggers, on the side and trying to run flat lines as well seems like it may be a snag mess waiting to happen even with boards and also If I have the bimini up for weather reasons its gonna be extra cramped. I have a set of triple trees sitting in the garage that may help this situation but I'm still trying to figure out how to run em

We will see how it works out. When I setup my board I had the rigger mounts in a position I could go off the side or back. I am not worried about the prop - I am not sure about getting the ball over the Motor and not sure if there is room on the sides of the motor. Since I run my riggers off a board that just uses J-Bolts to tighten down so I can get it plenty far back to clear the prop. Yes my arms are 4ft I think (well one is shorter now thanks to a low tree with the rigger in the up position). I should be mounting the kicker this weekend so I should be able to get pics to you next week. If the weather is not too bad I will put the riggers and board on and get some pics of that as well.

I had a rig like Ed and yours. No problems with the setup. Same boat length also. Here is a couple of pix showing mine.

I would think your long lines would be safe. The rigger lines are much shorter and usually deeper. A few times I had fish try to get into the cable during landing. Most everybody is going to deal with that from time to time unless your boat is the size of a small naval vessel.

Imagine that, pictures wrong again. I give up.

yea my arms are only 18" on these thats why I was selling to get longer arms like yours ed! Here are some pix of the riggers and my set up. Since I have skinny gunnels I can do one of two things, one would be have a plate fabricated for my "Alumitrack" system to mount on or have a board in the back with them mounted on.

As you can see from the last photo that's a picture looking strait down on the boom where I would mount them. I've decided on not selling them on EBay, I'll try and run them directly off the side if no one will take them. But I'm thinking $150 for the pair or best offer if someone wants them off the forum.
