This is the shaft, motor Universal sonar and all the wires. All you need to do is put this on your existing bow mount, install your prop, plug it in and it is ready to go. It simply plugs in. There is no cutting or splicing. It has been used once. I took it off of my bow mount unit and put on a 72 inch shaft unit just like it because it was too short for my boat. it is brand new, You can use this to change your shaft length or add the sonar transducer or repair a broken or damaged unit. the install is very simple and fast. It takes about 5 minutes to swap out. This unit sells for $495 from the Minn Kota factory parts department. I can meet the buyer or ship it. Shipping may be high since its a big box. Asking $350
