I am looking for a pair of short-arm downriggers with swivel bases.
I am looking at new ones, but the bases cost almost as much as the riggers.

My neighbor has two old short arm Rivera's mounted on a board with four rod holders she's looking to sell. They belonged to her late father and have been sitting in the basement for 30 years, sorry no swivel bases.
