Hello all, I am on a boating vacation and have a leaking lower shift cable bellows. I have replaced the bellows and put ALL the cables back as they were, should I be worried about any adjustment as I put the cables back exactly the way they were? THANKS for all replies.

I'd believe you should be fine

I did my Alpha One Gen II earlier this year.  There's and easy test to see if it's done correctly while the boat is on the trailer. Motor off.   

Shift into neutral (probably was in forward when you put the lower unit back on).  The prop should spin easily, both directions.  
Shift into forward - prop should spin easily one direction but catch going the other. 
Shift into reverse - prop should spin easily the other way and catch if you spin it backwards.  

If it does, you are good to go.  If not, I'm sure there are some You Tube vids that show how to adjust. 

I went ahead and replaced my shift cable when I had it all apart. It wasn't all that expensive, no harder to reinstall new than old and made sure I wouldn't have to replace due to a future breakdown.
