The big lake should lay down nicely with the light SW winds pushing in early Thursday morning. So it's a 4:30am launch time....Hoping my little orange finned buddies are still around.

Alot of running around recorded 42.3 miles and fished for about 5hrs. Todays catch was 9 dink perch, 6 sheepshead and 4 smallmouth. Wasn't to bad of a day at least we got some fish.

Damn, I'd ask where you fished, but 42.3 miles it'd be easier to say where you weren't. I'm packing up now for an evening trip. Probably going to put in at Portage and fish east. How was the water? Did that little blow mess it up bad?

We fished Cal Park and Navy Pier. Nothing either place.

Good seeing you when we pulled in Southshore. Hopefully those bandits get in sometime soon.

Nice seeing you Jeff. Hopefully you guys can get your tourney in in the morning. Looks like it's gonna be tough conditions out there. My dad and I concentrated between the mouth of the port and the State Park yesterday. We found some pods of bait and worked around pods between 20 and 40fow but only managed a handful of small perch, nothing over 7 or 8 inches. Just gotta keep after them and eventually we'll get lucky. Couldn't have asked for better conditions to be on the water than last night.
