Fished today 6 am to 1 pm limit of 8 to 10 inch perch. Had several large perch on but lost them at the boat just out of reach of the net. A 2 person limit was also taken next to me by another boat. 35 feet of water north of the donut and about 300 ft east. This spot had a lot of perch took a while to find. I dropped one of my rods when removing from the rod holder, all 3 rods had bites at the same time. Used a trolling rod with 2 each 2 oz of weights and a J-plug hook harness, snagged the rod on the 1 st drift and the 9 inch perch was still there.

Way to go Bruce. You know you have great luck when you "catch" your lost rod, and then the bonus of a keeper perch still there.

Ouch about the Costas. I made sure to buy the strings on the back that go around your head for mine. If I lost mine I would have to hire a diver or not return home till I found them....
