Fished this am to 12:30, caught 4 perch largest 13 3/4". The 1 st perch by Porter Beach had 3 hits in 30 feet got 1. The other 3 came within 5 minutes at Black Ditch. Next drift 2 hits and that was it. Looks like tight pods of fish. Two boats had 1 each and another boat 12 ( around 8 inches) at Black Ditch in 19 feet, staying in 1 area with a trolling motor.
