TOPIC:

We went out on New Years Day with no luck. Another friend started at Gary Light and did not pick up a bite. We went to Cal Park and the river with the same results. Many locations checked at both locations, and not even a bite. It was not a bad day to be out for a couple of hours, and a friend in my boat brought some venison jerky. So at least we had that going for us.

Thanks for the report - nice to have some decent weather this time of year. Too bad they werent waiting for ya.
