TOPIC:

Perch fishing has been pretty tough the past week or so but I never gave up and kept on searching spending about 6-8hrs on the water looking for Perch and all I found then was a screen full of bait. Well it seems I finally found some active fish yesterday and today. We took 45 monsters yesterday and another 30 today in 55fow. Bite wasn't really fast but enough to let us pick at them as the went by. Funny part is I never seen or had another boat circling me asking "did you catch anything?". They out there guys now let's hope they hang around with the wind coming outta the north ...


Good luck guys I won't be back out till Monday as usual avoiding the crowds.

Thanks guys! I spent a lot of time and money over the past 2 weeks looking for these guys and staying away from the usual community spots. So it's nice to relax and fish on my own pod of fish......

With the lack of good perch this year we might be having to eat that fine dish of perch eggs. Lol. Then again I have hope perching will be better in the coming weeks.
