Went out looking for silver fish still in tight yesterday afternoon. Marked a bunch of perch piles in 30 - 40 FOW between Baldy and Central Beach area. Should have snapped a picture of the screen... This one is from last year. Next outing might have to be for perch!

52 - 56 on the surface pretty much everywhere we went. Temp break was around 30 ft down and dropped to 46 to 48 depending on where we were. When we were in 30 FOW I was keeping the probe rigger about 8 ft off the bottom and was reading 50 - 52 consistently.

I should have put some super slims on my outer boards. Probably would have gotten a couple jumbos that way. Ended up dragging around a few last year not even knowing it when trolling from Skamania in close.

Forgot to post this last week:

It was brought to my attention that what I saw very well may have been alewife. I cannot confirm or deny, as I did not catch a perch or have an alewife snagged on my lures I was dragging through the marks.

I haven't been out since, but I will run over those areas again next outing and see if I mark them again.
