TOPIC:

We made it out today, set up 1/2 mi. east of donut in 14 fow. Drifted out (with the ele motor) to 25 fow all our fish 9 total came in the 23 to 24 foot range. Moved in and out a lot just a slow day for us but not skunked. Made for a great meal tonight! Fished from 7am to 11am. Ramp at Portage was nuts today and it's not even the weekend. Plus the fleas on the lines what a mess. Rudey

Those fleas are terrible! Hopefully the perch pick up.

I went east of michigan city and had similar results without the fleas. My opinion is the Perch are here but scattered. Every spot we tried had fish but they were sporadic. We did get 3 12.5" fish and 8 smaller 8-10". I feel if the weather continues to be warm the Perch will be gathering in the typical areas soon.

Same area as last reports we got 28 keepers and about 15 throwbacks from 430pm to 830pm bit best action. From 630 to 830
