Went out with my two sons and a friend launched out of Pastrick's to avoid the crowd and drive to the river. Beautiful day, a little rough going into the waves but the Fishmaster handled it well. Tried a few spots, first turnaround basin was packed but only seen a few people catching. Went down around Morton salt, just past 106 st bridge and there was another pack. Stayed there for a bit. We only caught a couple. Didn't see anyone really catching much. Did see some decent marks on here and there but not alot of takers. I hit the breakwall on the way out to try and jig up a laker or two, unsuccessfully. So unfortunately didn’t get on them but it was nice to be out. Decided not to go today as I will be trouble shooting an unresponsive Minnkota heading puck sensor for the Terrova- without out it I can't jog and i love that function .
Probably the last time out for the season for me.......now bring on them early season Coho!!!!!
