TOPIC:

A little cold and breezy out this morning and spent a few hours just looking and moving around. I managed to pull a nice limit of Perch and it made my day. I wish I would have brought my kids out so we could have taken more fish and spent some time on the water with them. The bite seems to be turning on guys and ya couldn't ask for better weather!

Thanks poorboy did u get out today? Or will u be out tuesday? Hope there will be a few people out so i know where to start i don't fish perch much so im a rookie.

I won't be back out till maybe Wednesday afternoon but for sure most likely on Thursday. Then the weather is gonna make a turn for the worse .... I'm sure you'll see a handful of boats out there doing the same thing as you. If your out there drifting around looking for fish it won't be long before you get some company setting up shop within 20yds of you. Good luck and let us know how your day went.

Out right now not doing anything poorboy what was your best depth?

These were good outta the ditch. We caught alot of smaller fish with a handful of keepers

I'll throw you guys a bone. I have never done this before or have ever seen anyone post some good starting point numbers on the internet. But at least you guys should burn a little gas to find some fish.

Thanks poorboy wish i would have gone to gary light got ur post about an hour after i quit. If i would have gone there i would have launched from pastrick that was my reason for what port question.

Ah it's about the same distance either way out pretty much from either launch. I figured with the S/SE light wind it would be a better ride for ya. The fish are out there and ya don't need to pack up tight like there giving away free cheese. It will only get better. It might be better to PM me and I will be more than happy to share some proven spots that hold fish.
