TOPIC:

First time out of the launch but got some Intel perch were better then SJ where I usually go. Anyways son, bro, and buddy hit launch @6 started at 37'  just south of mouth, picked up a couple and then picked up a few as we moved south and ended up anchoring  in 30' and sat till we ran out of bait. Ended up keeping 75. They were hungry as we picked up last few using half minnows. 

We were in with the crowd today as well. We didnt have minnows, just shrimp, but still got 17. 

Our intent was trolling for silver, and to scout for perch and guys fishing. Hence why we didnt have minnows. We are set for Saturday though. Too rough early on to troll, but nice after the lake calmed down.

It was rough. But ended up beautiful day we were off by noon. Hadn't heard shrimp for perch bait. Way to go picking up 17.  Nice.
