Well put my own boat in the water in a slip in the east chicago indiana marina after work the other night
decided to take it for a little shake down ride to check out the new Garmin 7612 with PANOPTIX CHIRP SIDE SCAN ABD DOWN SCAN
quickly decided my favorite screen was the live view the whole display is live real time action can about see every thing
fish riggers cannon balls yes even dodgers and flys
after watching the fish come and go on screen
decided to throw down a few baits
couple bright spoons yellows blues greens ect
bam fish on !
you can see from the numbers on the display did not have to go far to catch fish 50-60 best depths 35=45 down
these new electronics will take me a while to figure out but the hope is it will stop us from over running the fish as we have often done in the past first time out thanks to matt, mike and mike for helping me get the boat in
nex time we will have new batterys for the probe and will hopefully fill the box
great

Sweet electronics!! Nice fish also - not bad for a shake down. Thanks for the report.
