Got a late start after my rider overslept. All lines set at 7:30. Went north and worked 45-50 fow for a hour with no takers. Then headed west off of the dunes. Started marking large amounts of bait on bottom and fish all through the water column in 75- 90 fow. Went over them in every direction for several hours. Couldn't get any of them to go. Headed out deeper and ended up taking 2 lakers in about 105 fow on a mag kevorkian 65' down on a DR at 3.0 SOG when trying to find some steelies. Quit around 1pm. 2 for 2. Slow day for us.
