Nice morning at GL. Couple of boats and no one goin the wrong way!!! Three man limit by 10:00. Everything was close to the boat. DR's 12 " down 10" back. Green & black spoons. Dipsies just back far enough until they dissapeer. Dodger/fly on one, spoon on the other. 1 or 2 on boards. Best combo was small dipsie with green/ black spoon next to the kicker. I think they like the prop wash. They are bigger also. Caught 4 at 3lbs. The rest were 2 lbs. I think they are starting to come in. Marked a lot more than we did last week. Good luck!

Good job Steve!! Thanks for the report. Hopefully I can get out this week.

Went out yesterday morning to troll Gary. A tug boat tried running us over right at the end of the wall. So with the south wind and the tug not wanting to turn the wheel a little, we got a little to close to the end of the wall there. Snagged a DR ball on a rock, had to cut that, reel in lines and stay off the wall. It was one heck of a mess.

We straightened everything out and trolled for a little while longer. Ended up 7 for 10.

Wow!!! That can sure ruin your day. Glad you caught a few fish anyhow.

Fowlhook - that sucks! glad you nabbed some fish though. That wind had to make for some trying conditions I imagine.

I'm sure with the weather cooperating a little this week we will be seeing a lot more boat traffic. I am going to try to get at least one of my fishing partners out for Wed. I hope. Rudey
