Brother in law and his little cousin took the boat out today, I was stuck at work unfortently, sounds like they had a pretty good day, 5 for 9 or so with some nice steel and this 15 + King !! Planners ,riggers ,and dipseys all took fish. Second time a 15 + King has come on the boat and the second time I was not there for it! Atleast I was there for the 14 pounder last week, hope I get a turn at one of these bigger kings when I'm up on the rod before the year is over, or at least Be on the boat! lol

Awesome. I talked to those guys briefly at the launch about where I marked fish. They were heading out as I was heading in. Their luck was way better than mine. An hour into my first trip to Lake Michigan in my own boat and I came down with a case of boat problems ... Just one week after I picked it up from the marina where I paid for a full checkup to make sure it was sea worthy.

If nothing else, I did get a dipsey diver/spin doctor/fly rig in the water for a bit before the problems hit.

o man that sucks sesshoku! you travel quite a ways to right!? Not sure if your still in the area or not but just throwing it out there I think they may head out again today with a open seat in the boat, if ya wanted i could probably arrange it for ya. That's a bummer to come all the way to the big lake and have issues like that

Thank you! I definitely appreciate the offer, but I am back home now. It's about a shade over 2 Hour Dr. for me, so yeah, I spent more time on the road yesterday than I did in the water. Lol
