Headed north out of harbor looking for colder water. Worked 45-55 fow early with only a drive by on a diver with F/F to show for it. Started moving out and nothing till 100 fow. Took hits in 100-120fow but pushed out to 150 to look. Took 1 small King, 1 laker & 1 big coho that had to be pushing 10lb all on a 7 color with spoon. Got 1 laker on DR with F/F down 55 and 1 laker on a diver with F/F out 135'. Ended at noon 5 for 6.

What color flasher / fly combo? Big paddle or small? I haven't done well with the flasher / fly thing beyond spring dodger fly fishing.

Flasher/ Flys have been my best producers all year until today but the fish seemed to not want an aggressive presentation today. One was a Pro King dragon slayer with a salmon candy UV illumination fly( laker on DR) the other was a a megatron spindoctor with a howie super frog fly( drive by and laker). Both were 8" flashers.
The reason I said take a look in 55'-65' before you head out to 80' and set up in the other post was there were fish there today but couldn't get them to go. Also a couple of charters out of City said they took steelhead in 65' early.
Good luck tomorrow!
The spoon on the 7 color was a stinger UV gator stingray size, which has been our most productive spoon all year.
