So where have the gaspergoos gone? Last two trips were goo-less and a few of them would have been a welcome addition.

Three or four trips ago my customers wanted to keep them so I cleaned three of them. Perhaps what we thought was a bulging population was just these three fish that would bite everyone's lures over and over again. Now they are "poor man's lobster" and the species is extinct in Lake Michigan.

Any 'goo reports from the last few days?

I would have welcomed a goo or two this AM but it didn't happen out of MC.

I found one (my first) today up near Chicago. We were at around 53N and 30W I think about where we got him at. Only fish we got today but it was ugly out there.
