Fished out of Michigan City today. We went straight out from the port and fished anywhere between 90 to 135. Morning waves was quite rough before it started to lay down around 11ish. Best was around 110 FOW. Kind of slow day as we pulled lines around 2:30 pm. Ended up 3 for 4 with a monster 19.5 lb King and a 18.3 Lb Laker. King caught on a 10 color and Laker caught on a rigger 90 feet down. Lost another 15+ Lb King on a rigger 65 feet down 4 feet from the boat as it tangled both of my coppers, smiled at the net and yanked the hook out of his mouth.

Overall, kind of a tough day but the 2 large fish made up for it!

Sounds like you were one of the few that caught fish yesterday. What was the temp down 65'?

Nice job, we were perching out of New Buffalo in 70 ft of water for awhile and may have seen you in the distance lol.

The King hit a magnum Blue Chilly Wiley spoon and the Lake hit a magnum UV Wonderbread spoon

Not sure the temperature at 65 feet down as I don't have a FishHawk. The MC buoy looked like the temperature was the same all the way down to the bottom which was 72 degrees
