Was out with Tmik34 (Tim), Northwoods and his son (Tim & Jake), and Plane To Sea (Steve), this weekend.
On Saturday we were targeting Kings and Steelhead. We started in 80 FOW just north of the tri state line and worked north once the storms passed through. We settled in 105-115 FOW. Caught a ton of coho's on various spoons from flat line to 100 down on the riggers. We ran various FF's and Meat but found no Kings. We did manage to find a nice pod of steelhead late n the morning. Various orange spoons and 50 & 100 coppers kept firing. We could not keep them hooked up though but at least managed one little guy.

Sunday we went to the same area and it was much slower. We worked out to 120 FOW catching a coho here and there. We then decided to turn south and head to shallower water. Mid morning we started to feel desperate, put 2 riggers down for Lakers. The bite seemed tough but we got into a few active good fish. Some in 100-105 and some in 90 - 95 FOW. Trash can dodger and spin n glow did all the work. Kept changing patterns until we got bit. We did not catch a ton down there but got some pretty good bruisers including a 12, 13, and 15. The late morning fish made our day as the bite was slow, it was hot, and the flies were frickin mean....
