TOPIC:

Decided to head to East Chicago for the tournament. We set lines and boom, had a double going. Picked up two more fish and were thinking we were pretty smart making the run over to the wall. Then the fog moved in and the fishing died. Fished using all of the allotted time and ended up with 9 fish to weigh for the tournament. We (Spoonfed) finished in 9th place. We were definitely happy with that but not done fishing for the day.
We went back out for the late afternoon/evening bite. It was nice and there were very few boats out, unlike during the morning. We didn’t quite finish our limit out but my daughter was able to bring in a nice king.
Sunday we just fished around the mud line. We did pretty well going 16 for 20.
It was a great weekend and great to see so many familiar friendly faces.

Great job this weekend. Saturday was tough I was just happy to come in with our tournament limit also.
