Those are painted on Pre-Rapala Storm Rattaling Thinfins. Jay has painted for others on this site and they have been very happy with his work. He finishes the bait with a clear coat that gives the bait a nice wet look, and it is like armor plate. The fish can't hurt the paint work. I have taken fish over the years on Jays Painted baits and they still look like brand new.
Nice to have someone as talented as Jay to do work like this, you will never find anything in the stores that look as nice and are as productive.
